I can write a book. I think everyone has a good book somewhere in them.

I do not think it matters what the subject is. I think it is all about how interesting the story is based on how good a storyteller the author is. 

That is why one can look at the books stacking the shelves of bookstores and immediately realize that getting published is a combination of luck and timing. A few authors dominate the book space. 

Success is all about the voice of the writer. 

Can you keep people captivated with your experiences or knowledge? If so, write about stories are. 

Who knows?

By voice I mean the way the words are put together. Like a golfer every writer must make contact at the end of the swing. Attracting interest is the key to writing. It is the contact. 

I feel that pure talent has very little to do with writing success in terms of technique. Tons of writers with all kinds of degrees in journalism cannot make a nickel with the words they put out. 

Then, some schmuck tells a good story and gets famous.

I have written all kinds of fiction, and non-fiction stories on every imaginable topic which goes nowhere. I put my stuff out here, on some other sites, and send my stories to my friends and followers. I make very few nickels from what I write.

I admit I do not have formal writing training and I don't dedicate myself to continual writing. Fuck it. I am glad I do not have to make a living writing to survive.

It took me years to make $100.00 from Google Adsense which admittedly is a weak but FREE beginners platform.

I have written a lot of interesting things and I would love to get discovered. But, I am a 72 year old guy who has mostly surrendered to the fact that I am just another wanna be writer.

For a long time I have been researching ways to make money from home on my blog. I have not had much success although I have tried many different types of writing and online businesses. Some of it has to do with my lack of computer skills. Also, I have never hit the right idea.

I am offering you a few ideas to consider. 

One thing that is essential for your online business is a blog.There are blogs on every subject imaginable. Spend time studying what others do.

.Attracting blog viewers is where the money is and you must keep writing fresh copy constantly. So, find something you love and create your blog about it. 

Google will get your knowledge  to interested viewers. That is how they make money. 

When your blog gets clicks everyone makes cash. That sounds easy but is very hard to do.

PEOPLE NEED YOU

Come up with something creative that can be done on any subject. U-Tube is an internet video watched by millions of people putting on a U-Tube productions. If your U-Tube idea catches on people from all around the world will rush to see your production. You will get rich quickly or at least make lots of money. 

Most U-Tube ideas.  So what? But, if you succeed and put out a  video that hits the jackpot you will make a fortune.

5-  CONSIDER BOOK SALES-

Selling books on line is something I used to do on ebay. Than, Amazon took over the book market which shut out most of the small vendors. 

However, there is still money to be made if you want to dedicate an effort against the army of book sellers. 

Used books can easily be bought cheap or gotten free all over the place. Salvation Army, Goodwill, libraries, Craigs list, estate sales, auctions, churches and synagogues for starters are always offering thousands of used and new books. 

But, books must be transported and stored,  Pictures of each book must be taken and lots of reading and inspecting must be done before offering them online. 

Ultimately, most of the books listed do not sell.

Endless trips to ship sold books must be made to the post office. 

But, revenues are generated and you can find valuable, rare books which sell for lots of money. So, good luck and buy good magnifying glasses. Check #Amazon books.

ANGRY GOOGLE ADSENSE BLOGGER SPITS OUT VERBAL DIARRHEA

It's a waste. A giant waste of time. I have been writing on this same blog for about 10 years. Writing about everything and getting almost no feedback. 

Lately,  I have written a lot about how I despise that miserable, despicable criminal Donald J. Trump and everything he stands for. 

But, it does not matter. You are all immune from reading my writing the same as you Trumpers are immune from rejecting Donald's diarrhea.

I post on Twitter, Facebook, to private parties, on other blogs. Wherever. It does not matter. I am a bust. I have only a small, sick following.

My work is like a morsel of parakeet shit floating in the Atlantic ocean. Irrelevant. I am not really here. I have published several hundred articles that are fiction. non-fiction, I have started screenplays, biographies, autobiographies, porno stiff, essays.

All bullshit to you. 

However, all of it sits in my blog for the taking. One of you geniuses could probably do wonders with some of my work. That is if you would ever take the time to read my blog.

I refuse to go through all the bullshit of figuring out all the maneuvers that a good blogger or social networker is supposed to do.

Fuck you. I write for myself but I do want success.

If you never discover me than so what. I have nothing better to do. 

Google Adsense can take the few hundred dollars I have ever made and shave it up their well oiled asses. 

No one has to promote something good whether it is a good steakhouse, bookstore, story or a corned beef sandwich. 

Good things catch on. 

I do not catch on. That speaks for itself but I do not accept that.

FUCK YOU GOOGLE ADSENSE. YOU SUCK !!

I cannot make a dime on @adsense anymore. It used to be possible to earn a few pennies here. Not anymore. I have been writing my brains out for months and drawing viewers. Yet, my earnings do not change. It is as if Google has run out of time and money to calculate revenues that a little hitter like me has made. 

I have a good blog which many people read. I have complained mightily about Google Adsense being cheap and difficult to write for with all their bullshit codes and requirements.

So, fuck you @Google adsense !!

FREE TALENT WAITING TO WORK WITH YOU

Normally, I would take forever to start writing this article. I would check my blogger statistics, I would see if I earned any money in the last few days, (which I almost never do) I would jealously check out other successful blogs, or focus on anything other then getting to work and just writing. 

Kinda stupid cause I love to write. I wish I knew I had talent. I have this blog with several hundred articles, and stories. It makes me feel worthwhile as a contributing human being that the world can gain something constructive from. But, I get so little traffic it is pathetic.

However, I just do not understand how to build an audience because I am too old and not computer literate enough to apply the necessary skills to get a respectable following. It is not Googles fault. They are aware of my problems. I am worth money and readership to Google and their advertisers who run ads on my blog. They send me reports and technical information including steps regarding adding code, widgets, links and all kinds of other shit to my blog.

 I just cannot understand what Google AdSense tells me to do. I keep thinking that the sheer appeal of my blog will finally find an audience. So, I only write in this blog,  I go to tiny URL and make the headline small enough so I can put a teasing headline on Twitter to promote my latest blog article and then I post it on Twitter and hope some traffic will come charging to my blog. 

I focus lately almost exclusively on my horrible feelings toward Donald Trump. I am very active on Twitter in commenting on Trump. I do have about five hundred people following me? I always think that one of my followers who has their own gigantic following will go to my blog and see something interesting that they could use for a story, a screenplay, a book, or anything else that might make me successful.

 I do believe that life can change in a heartbeat. I used to gamble so I love the action and rush that writing in my blog can potentially create. Meanwhile, its Sunday morning in Chicago.  I sit in my little high rise apartment all alone. Not even a dog or goldfish. I am retired with very little money. I have wonderful kids and friends who are usually unavailable cause they are busy or married, or something. 

So, I'm lonely, depressed, and  pretty much alone since I dumped my last girlfriend who I just could not get comfortable with and settle down with even after living together for several months. I am 70 and play senior softball several days a week in the summer which I love but now it's winter so I have been trying to find an airbandb in Florida where some of my softball  guys go to play in the winter. Discover me one of you people out there that see talent in me.
