PISSED AT STARBUCKS

There ought to be a law against people who use a Starbucks bathroom, flush the toilet, turn on the hand blower, and then do not immediately open the door and leave. It’s so tormenting for Starbucks bathroom users who stand outside the bathroom door listening for the flush and hand drier to sound thinking they will be able to get in and relieve themselves. Just the other day I stopped at a favorite Starbucks which is in the center of Chicago. I had a fierce urge to urinate. My seventy three year old bladder was bursting from driving my Uber for too long a stretch. I entered and looked at the single bathroom door and there was no one waiting to go in. Relief. I felt happy but only for a few seconds. Then, I turned the handle of the door and it was locked. “Crap,” I mumbled quietly. I started swaying nervously waiting to hear the toilet flush. It did. Than, the hand blower started blowing. Those are the sure signs that the person inside is ready to exit. Thank goodness, I thought. Relief was a few seconds away. I then heard the blower turn off and I already had my hand on the door handle in anticipation of finally emptying my bursting bladder. But, the door did not open. Another few moments went by and I was swaying, sweating and rocking in anger. An old guy with a bad prostate gland is in peeing hell when he has to hold it in. I have already urinated in my shorts a few times when I could not find a bathroom fast enough. I even carry a jug in my car in case there is a urinating emergency in my travels. I thought I would be okay this time so I did not pull into a secluded spot. That was a big mistake. I knew it was just a little time before I peed in my pants as I stood there. It had been about three long minutes waiting by the door which some of you guys know is hell. My bladder used to be made of steel. I could hold a ton of liquid for many hours with no problem. Usually, all night long. Not anymore. These days I urinate every few hours around the clock. My bladder seems to be made of tissue paper. I am seeing a Urologist who told me to get surgery soon. I'm trying to get mentally prepared to do it but I'm still too chicken. It is not a cancerous prostate but it is what they call BPH which is a prostate gland that is too large and interferes the stream causing frequency urgency. Another moment passed and I couldn’t stand it. I blew up. I started pounding hard on the door with both fists. Not a sound from within. Then, I started kicking the door while still pounding away. Still no one emerges. I started screaming at the person in the john. “Come on, I gotta go bad.” Still, only that closed door. My bladder was at its limit. The urine was just about to burst out. This was very personal now. I believed this anonymous person inside, whoever he or she was, was intentionally trying to torture me. I screamed “get out of there, I’m dying here. I gotta go.” I felt totally victimized and powerless. The door finally opened and this little freckle faced kid with a backward baseball cap on emerged. He looked so innocent and all American but I was infuriated at at the misery he had put me through. He brushed by me. He was about four and a half feet tall and maybe nine years old. He looked up at my six foot, large frame. He walked outside I took a whiz and regained my sanity. Then I saw him in the store. I bravely yelled at him. He was about half my size so I felt I was in no danger. “Young man, did you ever think someone was waiting to get in there pointing back to the bathroom.? You took forever.” He looked up at me shocked and scared by my verbal assault. He mumbled “Sorry Mr.” in a tiny voice. You should learn some manners.” I walked toward the front door glad the ordeal was over with Just as I was pulling open the Starbucks front door this big, strong, heavily muscled and tattooed arm clamped around my shoulder. This guy growled “that’s my son creep” pointing down to the little kid who was holding the guys hand. I stuttered “um ah, I”. The angry man, obviously the kids father, cut me off. He snapped at me “you scared him asshole.” “I had to go very bad and I thought he was done. Bad prostate, you know, I whined.” “I don't care about your prostate now buddy. You have three words to say to my little son Tommy. Repeat them back to him or say goodnight as he cocked his arm back ready to knock me out. Say, I’m sorry Tommy.” I looked down at this little brat who was now smiling widely and looking up at his big papa. I looked again at his serious father before I humiliated myself. No way was I going to get my head knocked off because of this trip to the bathroom just for pride. Besides, I grudgingly respected this guy for standing up for his son. People don't usually stand up these days. I’m sorry Tommy, I gurgled out.” “Okay” little Tommy said. Tough guy daddy looked at me as I opened the door walking away. “Prostate problem, huh?” “Here's my card.” It said Dr. John Scott. Urologist. University of Chicago Hospitals. I read it and only could only laugh “Go figure,” I said to myself and anyone else who would listen to that story.

Former Trump adviser and media personality Kimberly Guilfoyle was named national chair of former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens' (R) bid for the U.S. Senate.

Guilfoyle raised some eyebrows when she decided to take a job with the controversial Missouri Senate candidate Eric Greitens, and former President Donald Trump is reportedly "openly griping" about his son Don Jr.s girlfriend and her new line of work.

Politico reported in a newsletter that Trump is "becoming increasingly short" with Guilfoyle, who serves as national chair on the Greitens campaign.

The former president reportedly hates it when he believes people are "profiting off his name," and views Guilfoyle as the "latest offender" of that rule. New York Times Politico, attribution 7/10/21

KIM PREVIOUSLY WORKED FOR FOX BUT WAS FIRED AMID SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMPLAINTS

The news that Guilfoyle did not leave Fox on good terms was first broken by HuffPost, in 2018. Yashar Ali reported that Fox had quietly forced Guilfoyle out after a months-long probe by its human-resources department had revealed disturbing allegations by co-workers, including by her assistant, who had been given a paid leave as the company investigated. New York Times, Politico, wikipeedai, google) 7/10/21

Ali wrote that Guilfoyle had denied any misconduct and had fought to stay at the Fox network. Her allies had even mounted an unsuccessful last-ditch attempt to save her job by appealing to Rupert Murdoch, the executive chairman of 21st Century Fox, then the news network’s parent company.

But Murdoch, who had looked past decades of sexual harassment at Fox News, had been persuaded by his sons, Lachlan and James— both seniors in the company—that such misconduct could no longer be tolerated.

Paul Weiss was called in to clean house. A source familiar with the situation saidt that the assistant’s confidential statements were foundational to Fox’s decision to part ways with Guilfoyle. New York Times 7/10/21

Driving the news: Greitens resigned from his post as governor in 2018 amid accusations of corruption and sexual misconduct. An ethics panel cleared Greitens of wrongdoing in 2020, and he's since framed himself as a Trumpian victim of the political establishment.

He's running to fill the seat that will be vacated by Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), who has announced that he will retire in 2022. Former President Trump won Missouri in the 2020 election by 15.4%. (wikipedia 7/10/21)

What he's saying: "I am honored to have Kimberly’s support. Her work on behalf of President Donald J. Trump was unmatched. We know the Democrats will come after this campaign, just like they came after President Trump," Greitens wrote in a press release."

"With Kimberly Guilfoyle as our national chair, I know we have a true fighter that will further elevate this campaign and help us win the support of every Missourian."

You can be sure there will be fireworks from Kimberly from either Don Sr. or Jr. She is too smart and to appealing to not be in the spotlight.

MARTIAL LAW MUST BE DECLARED TO SAVE AMERICA

I'm a liberal 74 year old guy who has always believed in the goodness and righteousness of our democracy. I am quickly losing faith that this country can ever regain it's past position as the beacon of freedom, of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Each day I think President Joe Biden and other fair thinking, moral politicians  will see the light and reject the insane beliefs and behavior of all the fanatic anti-American groups pro-creating like rabbits for the purpose of bringing down our country.

This craziness in politics has to stop but it seems that it will not stop on its own. Everyday the hatred and division between what I will call brainwashed and normal people grows deeper, stronger. and more popular.

America is a mess and us just standing by and hoping it will clean itself up is useless and illogical.

It's time to fight fire with fire. Trump and his loyalists are unquestionably the main cause of the deterioration of our society.

Former president Trump is the arsonist that accelerated the poisonous environment we must live in.

There is an answer to Trump and every fanatical, misdirected, and delusional problem he triggered. We must identify and fix the problems ruining our lives.

Donald Trump must meet with attorney general Garland immediately. Garland should tell Trump that the illegal civil disobedience is over.

His destructive actions which have done untold damage to the United States are going to stop.

Trump should be notified that the constitutional protection that he insults and degrades no longer protects him. He has lost his rights.

He is a criminal breaking the law as are his puppets by their dangerous and unlawful behavior.

He will be locked up if he does not cease and desist from fomenting any efforts to cause insurrection by his words or deeds.

The imminent danger he and his followers have put us under and continue to do so causing law abiding people to exist in chaos is unlawful.

Trump is told to stand down in no uncertain terms or he and his minions will be held in contempt by the justice dept.

That means he stops spreading the big lie about the 2020 election being stolen, that he stop terrifying the cowardly politicians who are afraid of him and him being told to stop immediately with any further illegal acts against the populace. Or else.

Trump is given  enough time to convince his flagrant followers to stop being law breakers in what they do or they will be be in violation of the provision of the constitution that guarantees life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness

Than, Biden names a bi-partisan committee to investigate the January 6, 2020 riot and make determinations of guilt and innocence and penalties are imposed to those responsible who are still loose.. .

They will be held for breaking the law if they continue trying to cause civil disobedience.

Biden would issue an executive order and clean up the voting legislation recently passed which has made voting unfair and virtually impossible for minorities.

Any biased and racially based new voting laws passed in the last year would be stricken.  A new and fair voting rights act would be voted on in Congress by fair minded politicians.

Fair, honest, unbiased bi-partisan officials would run the proceedings after being chosen from the abundance of ethical and moral public servants available.

Both the Senate and the House will be organized with select members seated  after being approved by a bi-partisan committee approved by a bi-partisan committee headed Joe Biden and a group of impeccably honest, ethical, and fair minded Americans.

Next would be mandatory inoculations of Coronavirus vaccine to  all people in the country who can offer no valid excuse for not being willing to take the vaccine. Biden and AG Garland would appoint a task force with power to find and have inoculations made to those to who will not volunteer.

If the steps I am advocating sound extreme and impossible and totally unconstitutional I agree. Obviously, martial law would possibly have to be imposed.

Martial law.

"Martial law involves the temporary substitution of military authority for civilian rule and is usually invoked in time of war, rebellion, or natural disaster. When martial law is in effect, the military commander of an area or country has unlimited authority to make and enforce laws."

But, before you judge all of this to be lunacy lets consider many other acts of legal lunacy this country has indulged in.

To name a few the Vietnam War, the Iraq war, the war in Afghanistan where the Afghans lost a million soldiers fighting the Russians in our behalf through the C.I A. only to be totally abandoned by us later to now be destroyed by the Taliban.

Also, how about the American soldiers who had bounties on their heads from the Russians which we did nothing about, the American newspaperman Jamal Ahmad Khashoggi assassinated by the Saudis which we did nothing about, the beheading of American soldiers which we did nothing about, and the abundance of other drastic acts done to us or done by us over the years.

If we do not correct our problems by severe means than when is the right time?
